YOU THOUGH ITALIAN PEOPLE OFTEN EAT SPAGHETTI ALLA BOLOGNESE, WELL YOU WERE WRONG MY FRIEND! ACTUALLY THE TRADITIONAL DISH FROM BOLOGNA IS PREPARED WITH TAGLIATELLE, PASS IT ON!

WHEN YOU FEEL THAT YOUR RISOTTO IS AL DENTE, SHAVE THE TRUFFLE OVER, ADD OIL, CHEESE, CHIVES, BUTER AND CREAM. ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
